Complete the following study guides to prepare for your semester exam. Both parts are due the day of your final exam which is sometime between Tuesday and Friday of this week. You will earn extra credit on your final! There will be a study session for all of my world history classes on Tuesday, December 15 after school starting at 3:45pm. If you are in 7th period, you may come before school at 7:30am for a study session since you are the first exam.

On Wednesday, Dec. 9 students worked in pairs reading the primary sources concerning Christopher Columbus and answering questions. Then after reading various perspectives about this controversial figure, the students decided if he was a positive figure in history (a hero) or if he was a negative figure (a villain).
Please be aware that we only have 2 weeks of school left, with next week being dominated by semester exams. Please be sure you are checking Synergy for your current grade, granted there are some more grades to add, such as your upcoming Europe Test and Fantasy Geopolitics posters.
I WILL NOT BUMP YOUR GRADE UP!!!! You have had multiple opportunities throughout the semester to do all of your work and do well on tests. You still have the chance to do well on all upcoming assignments. The following study guide MUST be completed and turned in the day of your final exam. This is for a grade, NOT optional. It must be completed on a separate sheet of paper, either typed or handwritten. This is only part 1. Part 2 will be available later this week.
